MARKETING & COMMUNICATION INTERNSHIP - 3 DAYS PER WEEK.
We are looking for a Marketing & Communications intern from Feb 4th 2026 - July 31st 2026. Within this role you'll help shape how we speak, grow and connect; from training programs to community projects like Tiny Studio SPOT and GIFTED. You work inside a small, creative team where your ideas matter and where you learn by doing. If you love storytelling, visuals, digital communication and the culture of the night, this internship is built for you.
What you’ll do
You support both the marketing and organisational side of our work. Your tasks may include:
* Writing newsletters, social posts and website updates
( Creating simple visuals (Canva/AdobeCS6) and helping maintain our brand style
* Planning and scheduling social media content
* Helping organise marketing campaigns for trainings, events and community projects
* Keeping our Google Drive and back office structured and up to date
* Supporting time management, planning and project documentation
* Challenging and improving internal systems where needed
* Communicating with partners, customers and community members
* Assisting with small event-related tasks when relevant (itineraries, logistics, floor plans)
* Helping maintain a smooth and workable studio and office environment
You become part of the full creative and operational process from idea to execution.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for aesthetics
* Social, approachable and comfortable representing the brand
* Familiar with (or eager to learn) project management tools
* Independent, responsible and structured in your work
* Curious about strategy, communication and how organisations grow
* Passionate about music, art, nightlife or community culture
* Stress-resistant and able to keep overview in busy periods
* A team player who doesn’t disappear when things get hectic
* Hands-on, proactive and not afraid to try new things
* Confident in English (writing + speaking)
* Living in or near Amsterdam
* 18+
