In this role, you'll help schedule staff, communicate with crew members and support the preparation of events and productions. You'll work closely with our Operations & Crew Planning team and gradually learn how large groups of crew are coordinated across multiple projects and locations.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys creating structure, communicating with people and solving practical challenges.
The role consists of 2 office days per week (Thursday & Friday) at the Gain Momentum office, where you'll work alongside the team on crew planning, communication and operational preparation.

In addition, you'll be available during event weekends to support coordinators remotely, respond to planning changes and help ensure productions run smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Contact crew members about availability and assignments
• Help fill open shifts and arrange replacements
• Prepare crew briefings and planning overviews
• Keep planning systems up to date
• Support coordinators before and during event weekends
• Assist with crew administration and scheduling records
• Help improve planning workflows and communication processes
• Learn how event operations are organised behind the scenes

WHO YOU ARE
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Friendly and confident in communication
• Not afraid to pick up the phone
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital tools
• Able to stay calm when plans change
• Curious and eager to learn
• Interested in events, nightlife or cultural productions
• Available for 2 office days per week (thursday & friday)
• Available during weekends
• Comfortable being reachable when operational issues arise

Experience is not required.
We're primarily looking for someone with the right mindset, a willingness to learn and an eye for organisation.

WHAT WE OFFER
• Training and guidance from experienced event professionals
• A direct introduction to crew planning and event operations
• A fixed role within a growing organisation
• Opportunities to grow into coordination, production or operations roles
• Experience working with festivals, nightlife and cultural productions
• A supportive and ambitious team environment
• Access to Gain Momentum's network and industry knowledge.
